Each car is safety checked, repaired then sold at private party prices.  The purchaser must become a member of Echarity's. The membership fee will be part of the payment for the car. The car's private party price is all that is paid over time, no interest.  Each payment is deducted from the balance.  A budget of your income and expenses will be done to make each payment affordable for each purchaser.  A small down payment may be required.  Payments for a car will be a term of a year or two years.
